It has come to our notice that some unscrupulous persons are passing themselves off as or being affiliated with Mr. Kenneth Andrade, Founder and Director of Old Bridge Capital Management Private Limited. They have been appropriating parts of his identity and photograph(s) with the intent to defraud unsuspecting members of the public. We have learnt that some of the platforms being used by these impostors are as follows:

2. (a) Whatsapp group named PREI MANAGEMENT; (b) WhatsApp numbers (+91 8401345496, +91 8923301346, +91 8923602342, +91 9118912683, +91 9601562848); (c) Facebook Page in the name of “Kenneth Andrade” which has 251 followers as on May 7, 2024
3.(a) Whatsapp group named InteractiveBrokersBoxz; (b) WhatsApp numbers (+91 7842782617).
4.(a) Instagram; (b) 81 Stock Market Alliance Training group (whatsapp group); and whatsapp number (+91 8128612875) & (+91 9998572971)
5.(a) Abdul Qasim, under User Name abdul3667 (b) Group G2Live29.top, (c) Leena – Senior Receptionist, under User Name Leena7656 (d) Aaliya Humaid (+880 1603 607647) HR Recruter at Initiative Digital Marketing Company UAE , Company Name Initiative UAE https://initiative.com/ (e) Abdul teacher under User Name abdul5438 (f) Tutor Assad Mobile (+255 65 5534700) under User Name Assad4582 (g) Ishaq Anwar Abdullah under User Name ishaq3667.
and or any other channel / platform we are not aware of to lure members of public in investment and or trading activity for their unlawful gains promising huge returns on their money.
Kenneth Andrade, Old Bridge Group or any of its entities are in no way associated with these fake social media accounts / posts / Whatsapp group / Whatsapp numbers and shall not be responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liabilities for, damages of any kind arising out of the use of, reference to, or reliance on any information contained on the such social media platform, Whatsapp groups, and or any other channel / platform we are not aware of by impostors.
We advise then investors not to fall prey to these fake groups / phishing websites and stay vigilant of such scams.
In line with the latest SEBI circular dated June 11, 2025, we are pleased to inform you that Old Bridge Capital Management has adopted the new standardized, validated, and exclusive UPI ID mechanism for receiving payments in All Cap strategy under Portfolio Management Services offered by Old Bridge. You can now choose your preferred mode of payment, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or Cheques. If you opt to use UPI for the payment to us, then you have to do so only using the new UPI IDs allotted to us.
The limit for transfer via UPI is INR 5 Lakhs. Kindly note that for top ups in your folio we will require a physical copy of the duly signed and filled form along with transaction proof.
